The combined strength of our Italian colleagues at Studio Piu and Mirus appears to be greatly appreciated by not less than 10 new clients acquired since their decision to join the two agency structures.
The combined strength of our Italian colleagues at Studio Piu and Mirus appears to be greatly appreciated by not less than 10 new clients acquired since their decision to join the two agency structures – a remarkable achievement considering the current market slowdown.
With offices in Milano, Roma, Pescara and Macerata, Mirus/Studio Piu now positions itself as a unique cross-regional shop, targeting medium size advertisers.
Pictured here is the agency’s new management at a meeting in Rome to discuss Mirus/Studio Piu’s network involvement and more particularly analysing ways to open the markets of south-east Europe of particular interest to Italian marketers.

The « OneAgency » concept
2010-08-01
Powered by SelectNY (Hamburg) in cooperation with the network partners.
The "One-Agency" service structure pioneers a new model for international accounts to champion global efficiency while preserving local insights, capabilities and service. It really is the best of both worlds, and picks up a trend that global clients are keen to get learnings on. The idea is that a tailor made service structure can be created with one headquarter office surrounded by a network of local expert offices. The expert offices, all part of the Interpartners Network, are chosen based on business needs and growth potential in the individual markets.

The basic building blocks of the structure are:
1) The headquarter office, in this case SelectNY Hamburg, providing strategic and creative leadership across boarders,
2) The expert offices collaborating with local clients to amplify the work and
3) An international implementation facility managing the logistics of all adaptation work. The structure has been in place for 12 months with an impressive track record of strong account service, outstanding production quality and significant cost savings for the clients.
Roll over to view the functions
A central campaign is implemented across trans-regional clusters in a truly lean and mean context. Rules are adhered to on a voluntary basis by the partners, providing highly motivated field support tailored to clients needs.
Athens’ Workshop: a good job done
2010-06-16
Last week 2-days workshop focused on several trans-regional client business projects exchanged between the participating agencies.
Last week 2-days workshop hosted by Solid Communications and gathering network partners from central and south-east Europe (CSEE area), focused on several trans-regional client business projects exchanged between the participating agencies. Consolidating working methods across the region also stood high on the agenda. So did expansion across reputed “difficult” markets in the Balkan and Asia Minor (Albania, Azerbaijan). The participants shared the latest technology achievements such as Augmented Reality Solutions and Interactive Store Display. Solid’s experience of insurance-based promotions also raised keen interest. More details about the network’s CSEE structure: anouchka@interpartners.info

Dying at work

Robert Gligorov’s work of art is the first thing met by the eye when you enter OKO’s offices in Clichy (Paris)…
Okó is our new Interpartners member agency in Paris. Hervé Francès will be keen to show you around his agency's 800 m2 of open office space. His passion is visible all around, featuring an exciting collection of contemporary art scattered among a 28-strong staff (half of them creative and account planning). Okó is a fiercely independent agency with a strong focus on growth (...+ 62% in 2008 catapulting gross income to € 5m) and long-standing relations with clients such as VW Group (Audi, Seat), Air France, Aviva, Pol Roger Champaign, Val d'Europe (shopping mall) and several public service organisations. Says Hervé Francès: "Crossing borders is now an important part of our clients' bread and butter, hence my own desire to look beyond our day-to-day activities and join a group of like-minded entrepreneurs. We at Okó are keen to learn and win - and winning is essentially a matter of commitment and on-going cooperation with hard working colleagues across Europe". Do have a look at what Okó is all about at www.oko.fr or get in touch with the agency's Interpartners Contact Mathieu Lecussan (mlecussan@oko.fr).
